Directions for use:Dilute at 1:5 ratio (200ml per 1 litre water). Always add product to water, NEVER water to product (acid). Carefully place crockery, cutlery etc. into solution to soak for 30 minutes. Always rinse after treatment. When destaining kettles or tea urns DO NOT BOIL. Use at room temperature only.

All items are sent tracked delivery. We will email you confirmation and tracking number when your order is dispatched. If you provide a mobile number, we may also use this to provide additional details, such as a timeslot.
When shipping large appliances such as dishwashers, deliveries will come on a pallet. This is to ensure your items reach you without damage. Pallet deliveries are often made on a large lorry and are curbside only.
