For orders below £60, we charge a standard rate of £6.49 ex VAT.
Dispatch Times
Dispatch times vary between products. We recommend reviewing the lead-time displayed on each product before ordering. An estimated delivery date is also shown in the shopping basket.
Delivery dates are our best estimate and not a guarantee.
Cut off time for next-day delivery is 15:00.
Order Tracking
We work with several partners to offer the best value and service.
We will email you confirmation with the courier's details (and a tracking number if available) when your order is dispatched.
If you provide a mobile number, our partners may also use this to provide additional details such as a timeslot.
When shipping large appliances such as commercial dishwashers, deliveries will come on a pallet. This is to ensure the equipment reaches you without damage.
Pallet deliveries are often made on a large lorry and are curbside only.
Where there are access restrictions, we may need to contact you to re-quote delivery charges.
Two delivery attempts will be made before goods are returned to depot for collection.
