Asber Tech Glasswasher 400mm Basket with Integrated Softener

The Asber GT400SOFT commercial glasswasher includes all the features of the standard Asber Grand Tech glasswasher range with the added benefit of an internal water softener. By softening the water internally, the unit is ideal for hard-water areas or installations where space is a premium and an external softener cannot be used.

Digital Control Panel

Asber Grand Tech glasswashers feature a full digital control panel with wash tank and boiler temperature display and 3 selectable wash programmes: either short 90 second cycle, standard 2 minutes or an extended 180 second cycle for heavily soiled crockery. In addition, the GT400 features soft-start function that protects fragile stemmed wine glasses from breakage.

Internal Water Softener

The water softener is built internally to the machine meaning that no external softener needs to be installed. This ensures excellent wash results and makes the GT400SOFT ideal for installations where space is limited. The softener is easily accessible from inside the machine so that it can be topped up with salt and regenerated.

Energy Efficient

Featuring a 15-litre wash tank heated by a 2.0Kw stainless steel element and a 5-litre rinse boiler heated by an independent 2.8Kw element, the GT400SOFT delivers class-leading heat up and recovery times whilst maintaining energy efficiency.

The unit consumes only 2.5 litres of fresh water per rinse cycle whilst a high-power wash pump ensures glasses are crystal clear and spotlessly clean. The double-skinned cabinet and door also ensure quiet operation and minimal heat loss, making it ideal for front of house installations.

Easy To Use & Set Up

As standard the Asber GT400SOFT glasswasher includes rinse, detergent and drain pumps, all of which is automatically controlled through the intuitive digital interface for outstanding wash results. Fitted with a standard 13 Amp 3-pin UK plug, connection and set-up is also simple.

Inside the tank, rounded corners, recessed door hinge, welded tray runners and removable filters and wash arms make cleaning and basic maintenance tasks simple. All major components are accessible from a removable front-panel for easy servicing.

Health & Safety Compliance

A WRAS Approved Non Return Valve that prevents ingress of dirty water to the supply is fitted as standard and the digital thermo-stop function prevents wash cycles from not achieving the desired temperatures. Temperatures can easily be adjusted through the removable bottom panel and throughout, wash tank and boiler temperatures are displayed to the user.
