The Aristarco AF5035 is a high performance glasswasher with full digital controls and temperature display. It is ideal for heavy-duty use and packed full of features such as an atmospheric boiler with rinse booster pump and smart drain system. With a huge clear-entry height of up to 340mm, it can fit the tallest of wine and beer glasses.

Full Digital Interface
Easy to use controls with temperature display & digital diagnostics system. Choose from a wide range of wash cycles and the software ensures excellent wash results every time. Drain pump, rinse aid & detergent dispensers are all automatically controlled and all settings, including wash cycle time, can be configured through the interface.
Atmospheric Boiler with Rinse Booster
Featuring an advanced atmospheric boiler system with rinse booster pump fitted as standard. This additional pump ensures a high-power hygienic rinse at 85c, regardless of incoming water pressure. Also features optional thermostop mode to guarantee thermal disinfection on each wash cycle.
Smart Drain System
Aristarco’s innovative automatic drain pump system replaces the traditional overflow pipe with an electronically controlled system. The smart drain system automatically empties dirty water from the bottom of the tank during the wash cycle, just prior to the rinse. This ensures that only the cleanest water remains, and the wash water is partially replenished with each wash.
Excellent Build Quality
Manufactured in Italy with only the best components. Full 304 stainless-steel construction, including upper and lower stainless-steel wash and rinse arms. Double skinned body for insulation, sound dampening and energy efficiency. Innovative design features such as preformed rack guides and wash tank make cleaning easier. Also includes a full-width composite tank surface filter as standard.
Easy Installation
This multi-voltage model can easily be configured to suit your power requirements. For high performance, choose from either 1 phase or 3 phase hard wired. If needed, can also be configured to 13 amp (plug) with only a minimal reduction in performance.
